Leave Phuket Island for a real full day of jungle adventures on the mainland. Elephant Trek : in real tropical forest, passing exotic tropical vegetation, crossing streams to a waterfall deep in the jungle. This is a very different and special experience that you cannot find in Phuket. Lunch is a variety of tasty Thai dishes. Canoe down the Sok River in safe inflatable canoes with an experienced person to paddle for you. Pass towering limestone mountains and cliffs covered in exotic tropical jungle, sometimes birds such as kingfisher, heron, eagle or even wild monkeys can be seen. The natural scenery here is superb and the best way to se it is silently from your canoe on the jungle river. Please wear non-slip shoes, bring a small bag or pack with a change of clothes in case you get wet.

Tour Description

Itinerary :

07:00 : Pick up from your hotel in Phuket to explore Phuket unknown west coast, drive through the cultivated land to Khao Lak National Park with a stop at Ton Prai Waterfall for mini Jungle trek deep in to jungle in the National Park to exploring a tropical rainforest/ waterfall.

09:30 : Continue the tour drive over the Cloud pass entering to Khao Sok National Park. The Khao Sok National Park is located 150 Kms. north of Phuket Island and lies 900 M above sea level.

10:00 : Arrive at elephant camp trek by elephant through a tropical rainforest and waterfall in the National Park (Approx 2 hrs).

12:30 : Lunch at Jungle lodge in Khao Sok national Park.

13:00 : River canoeing (approx 2 hrs depending on physical condition). To explore a Nature along the riverside.

16:00 : Our day for adventure is finish and transfer back to Phuket Island enjoy the beautiful sunset scenery on the way to your hotel.

18:00 : Return to the hotel.

Our One Day Tour was amazing! Nickey was our guide,he made the trip unforgettable. The elephants are very well treated by the stuff.They really love the elephants and care about them. No weapons,they only used the voice. I would definetly do it again!if you have enough money do the one day trip it is absolutely worth it! And ask for nickey he is an amazing guide!

Please go here! An amazing staff and wonderful opportunities to get up close and personal with the most incredible animals that walk the planet. We did a full day that included a trek through the jungle with a 10 Year old male elephant. You will never experience a more natural habitat encounter. We stopped when he wanted to stop. We explored where he wanted to go. And along the way we fed him fresh picked fruit. This is a once in a lifetime experience that we hope to do again!

What great work is done here, they provide so much information about elephants. Their elephants are health checked and recorded each day. One carer per elephant. Elephants walk around and are not chained. When we walked through the jungle it was at a pace set by the elephants, not the guide. We waited while they feasted on bamboo. When the elephants had enough of the mud bath they just left. They very obviously loved it during the bathing. And NO RIDING! Perfect.

We done the full day experience which was definitely the right choice to do as you feed the elephants and get to walk through the jungle with one and see where they sleep then lunch which is really nice then get to go in the mud bath and shower with them is a really amazing day out.
