The dream of our Thai Cooking School ‘s founder, Mama Noi , is to share her love and care for both the people of Thailand and those who choose to visit her country as well as to help the world understand and learn more about Thai traditional ,art and culture. It is Mama Noi’s belief that culinary art is a powerful tool for communication between people from all over the world and she plans to accomplish her dream by sharing her knowledge and passion for Thai cuisine.
