- The theater doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Late arrivals are requested to enter after the intermission, or a suitable seat will be assigned.
- Show and dinner times are subject to change without prior notice.
- A local guide is available free of charge, but showing the guide ID is required at the ticket checkpoint.
- For every 15 paying guests, one free ticket for the tour leader is available at the box office with presentation of ID, up to a maximum of 2 tickets.
