Itinerary:

Day 1: Welcome / Tea Tour / Stay Wild Café / Long Neck

• 08.00 am. Pick up and welcome from train station. 
• 09.00 am: Walking tour through lush tea garden and learn
• all about tea growing process. You will be invited
• to join resident tea pluckers, watch how tea leaves
• are processed according to age-old traditions, view
• the factory and enjoy a cup of tea with a traditional
• Thai snack in Araksa's Tea House.
• 11.40 pm: Stop for lunch at a hidden café at Stay Wild,
• enjoy the sound of nature in the lush jungle.
• 13.30 pm: Visit the long Neck village by the waterfall.
• 15.00 pm: Check in at Duang Tawan Hotel in Night Bazar area.

Day 2: Meditation Retreat Day / Thai Massage

• 08.30 am: Pick up from hotel. Visit Wat Suan Dok, Monk’s campus.
• 09.00 am: Get Introduction to Buddhism & Meditation.
• 10.30 am: Meditation Practice, make the mind peaceful, and to develop
• transcendent insight which penetrates into the truth of life.
• 11.30 am: Lunch time.
• 13.00 pm: Meditation Practice
• 14.30 pm: Break time
• 16.15 pm: Discussion and take group photo. Relax 2 hrs. Thai Massage.
• 18.30 pm: Back to the hotel.

Day 3: Elephant Care / Orchid Farm / Healing at Tao Garden

• 09.00 am: Pick up from hotel.
• 10.00 am: Arrive at Elephant home, enjoy feeding, playing with
• baby elephant. Walk elephant to the river, cover them
• with mud spa and shower with them.
• 12.00 pm: Lunch with vegetarian Pad Thai and coconut drink.
• 13.00 pm: Visit orchid and butterfly farm.
• 14.30 pm: Arrive and stay overnight Tao Garden Resort and healing Spa.
• 16.00 pm: Body healing with Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and Lymphatic Massage.

Day 4: Hot Spring / Cooking Class

• 10.30 am: Pick up from hotel.
• 11.15 am: Arrive at Sankampeang hot spring, relaxing, boiling egg, soaking your leg in a warm natural water.
• 13.00 pm: Visit Sankampeang home industry, see the local product such as Thai Silk, silver, Lacquerware and local honey product. 
• 16.00 pm: Take a Thai cooking class, walking around and picking fresh herb from the garden to make your own dish for dinner 
• 20.30 pm: Check in at Duang Tawan hotel.

Day 5: Doi Suthep Temple / Transfer goodbye Chiang Mai

• 11.30 am: Check out and pick up
• 11.45 am: Visit the first World’s Silver Temple. 
• 12.30 pm: Lunch at the restaurant.
• 14.30 pm: Arrive to Doi Suthep Temple. 
• 16.30 pm: Transfer and Goodbye.
