- Guests must arrive for check-in at least 30 minutes before departure.

- Cruising Time: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM at Terminal 21 Rama 3 Pier
- Check-in Time: 5:00 PM – 5:15 PM beside the escalator on Floor G
- Boarding Time: 5:00 PM – 5:15 PM at Terminal 21 Rama 3 Pier
- Drop-off: 6:30 PM – 6:45 PM at Terminal 21 Rama 3 Pier
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:
- Free rescheduling if requested more than 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling before 2:00 PM on the day of departure incurs a 200 THB per person fee.
- Rescheduling after 2:00 PM, cancellations, or no-shows will result in a 100% charge.

It started with a random plan for Holidays which ended up being a memorable one!! The service provided by all the agents involved was up to the mark and useful.
