• Please follow the guide's instructions closely.
• Respects the people and the culture while visiting Pattaya.
• For visitors visiting temples, they are requested to wear modest clothing. 
• Full-day guide services will last 8 hrs, and the half-day guide services will last 4 hrs.
• Please mention the meeting point beforehand.

Confirmation:

• You will receive confirmation of your booking’s availability within 1 minute after booking. For most confirmed bookings, we will send you the voucher via email.
  • Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Any booking that is auto pre-paid wll be confirmed automatically through our payment gateway system.
  • Partial Payment: Bookings with partial payment are confirmed automatically but are non-refundable.
  • Pay Later: Bookings where you choose to pay later will be confirmed once you provide us with your room number and hotel check-in information.
• For join tours, our Customer Service Representative will confirm your pick-up and guide numbers 12 hours before the tour. For private tours, pick-up details are included in your itinerary.
• If you don’t receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or contact us via email.
• Send your room number and local phone number, if available, to rsvn@sunleisureworld.com along with your booking confirmation number.
